Here's steps to check whether your Windows 10 Version.

• from the lower left hand corner, right click the Windows logo
• from the shortcut menu, select Run
• from the Run window, type winver in the Open box
• it will open up the About Windows window
• if the Version is 1511, you have Windows 10 November Update (see below)
  

  

• if the Version is 1607, you have Windows 10 Anniversary Update (see below)
  

  

• if the Version is 1703, you have Windows 10 Creators Update (sorry, no screenshot)

• if the Version is 1709, you have Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (see below)
  

• if the Version is 1803, you have Windows 10 April 2018 Update, a.k.a. Spring 2018 Update (see below)
  

• if the Version is 1809, you have Windows 10 October 2018 Update (see below)
  

• if the Version is 1903, you have Windows 10 May 2019 Update (see below)
