Here's a Windows-based program that helps to calculate the bandwidth usage. It was written using Microsoft Visual Basic v6.0. It is a standalone program that doesn't require installation and it should work with Windows XP to 10. Just make sure that the executable and dynamic link library are located in the same folder.

Unzip it into a temporary folder and then run the .exe application.
